This seller’s history is fairly reasonable. Did you try pulling his contact information and calling him? That’s often the best way of resolving a situation. violinking:item[3705915511]:Send out wrong item on purpose and asking to = send back and then never reply your email any more!
This seller’s history is quite poor. I’m not clear–did you send the item back or not? If not, you can also pull his contact information and call him. Another possibility is to file a fraud complaint with eBay (it’s not worth it with the first one), since their insurance will reimburse you the cost minus their deductible (which I believe is $25) if they decide in your favor. (There’s a ceiling of $200, but you’re under it in this case so it doesn’t matter.) Ebay ignor it!!!

Wow, another bright soul with 31 retractions. This is the type of instance where reading feedback tells the whole story. Clearly can’t understand the concept of ebay either, a neg with positive words. It’s amazing to see the trend of click-happy users sometimes.

Thanks for everybody’s opinion! The violinking refund my money exclude the shipping receiving, returnning and handling (that’s why sending out the wrong is on purpose. I can just sending out wrong item and making money!!!!)! If shipping out the first time with wong item or broken item is on purpose? Isn’t it a trick work with ignoring email? Yes it is! They ignored my email over 2 weeks while I were keeping sending out email! For the auction ended as a buyer, I paid money immediately. Do I deserved the 2 negtive feed from those irresponsible seller? There the guy he should be felt shame on doing negitive feed back to me–acemainone He con my money and gave me negtive feed back. For the ignorance of ebay’s justice, that is dispointing buyer mistreatment! Yea! Ebay successfule princeple, a big pile of complicate pages linking.
