There is not a computer site in the world that does not go down from time to time. And never will be.

eBay does seem to go down more than most though. It seems at times that they are sacrificing stability to keep adding new features, and it’s not entirely clear who these new features benefit. I haven’t had time to get to the bookstore and get the book that was recommended yet, I’ve been a little too busy. They’ve had a few denial of service attacks, but when they bring out a new feature, and the system immediately starts acting up, it sounds more like inadequate testing than outside interference.
