I usually get that message when trying to view feedback left by someone who has left tens of thousands of feedbacks (e.g. One Cent CDs at AOL)

It’s either you, or your unlucky. I just tried it, and got the first 25 of the 62,675 feedback they have left. For what it’s worth, all of them on the first page said "Thank you for your bid. Your business is appreciated!". Richard Ward
