The "accounts" are Premier and Business Exactly same, except that Biz one you can have additional users with own passwords. Merchant *RATE* is lower rate, 2.2% You need to do a certain volume to "qualify". However, they have a "competitive upgrade" offer, if you show you have lower rate with someone else. BillPoint counts if you have merchant rate with them. Supposed to maintain $1,000/month gross to keep it (not necessarily eBay related). — Mac (doogle)

You pay less fees, you guarantee to run a minimum amount through paypal each month. I THINK the minimum is a grand a month. Richard Ward
