Response:

Baltimore-area ebay seller was surprised by police knocking on her door. A robbery victim noticed that the ebayer was offering some of the property that had been stolen from him. He called police, who placed winning bid. The seller’s story: she bought the items at a flea market, and might recognize the man who sold them to her. Which final value fee refund category would you use for this predicament? BTW, the items were valued at over $800 – the woman paid $20 at the flea market – and winning bid was over $300. This was in today’s Baltimore Sun. – nuclear.com – home of "daily full text in a single file" editions of Congressional Record, Federal Register, and Commerce Business Daily
