Currently I can’t find any way to access them and I’d hate to have to start over with all my listings. Kris No: you don’t have to lose your files. Save them before doing the re-install. Here’s how to save your TL files: The Data directory is located on your hard drive in the Turbo Lister directory at: C:Program FileseBayTurbo Lister. Copy it to your desktop, then, after reinstalling Turbo, open it and allow it to set up for first use. When you get to the window to open a User File, close Turbo, then move the "Data" directory you saved on your desktop back to the Turbo Lister directory. Now you’ve got your old auction files back in place in your new install of Turbo. HTH =) link I exported my auctions to a CSV file then downloaded the newest version of TL. It didn’t solve a thing. I still can’t update the program and get errors when I try to open an auction to edit it. I sent an e-mail to eBay this morning via their website. We’ll see if I get a response. In the meantime if I want to list any new auctions, I pretty much have to do it from scratch since I can’t even get to my data!!! Kris
Did you uninstall before you reinstalled? If not, try it again: uninstall and then reinstall. (Save the files!) If you did uninstall first, then, this time when you reinstall, *don’t* uninstall first. Maybe that’ll kick-start it. link

It worked!! I just needed a complete from scratch install. I had backed up my "active" auctions, but like a fool didn’t bother doing any thing with my "Out of Stock" auctions, so I lost that data, but that isn’t a big deal because most of that stuff I will never acquire to sell again. Still, lesson learned for the future. It’s good to be back in business, er wait, I mean it’s good to be back to making eBay rich!! haha Kris — http://www.kittycam.net/

Anyone else having problems w/ TL today? Not since joining sparedollar: http://www.sparedollar.com?ref=6918 It may not be perfect for you, but you can give it a free test drive until at least Dec 1. No CC needed. EbAy is having other problems, too. I see where some sellers’ lists are not showing auctions, when they have hundreds listed.
I’ve heard of other problems. I was able to do a few relists, but will have to save my new auctions for later in the week I guess. Thanks for the tip on sparedollar, but I will have to pass as I can’t justify putting any money into auction management software as I barely turn a profit on the merchandise I sell. Sorta makes me wonder if it’s worth it especially given these eBay problems in general. Kris

Drop your referral ID you *SPAMMER*. Again, helping is providing information without personal gain. When you’re profiting from your "helping" you are *SPAMMING* Great line, I’ll be sure to use that on my doctor.
Please do as it could apply to them too. Do you really think that your doctor is in his profession to solely help you? How many free visits has he given you over the years? How many trips has he taken to third world countries to help the less fortunate? Fred, he is a businessman first, doctor second. As for you, you are a *SPAMMER* first and I hate to say it, a *SPAMMER* secondly. Rita

Naw, list them tonight with SD. Kris, make Fred’s day and sign up for SD. Plus, the free 30-day trial will let you get all those auctions listed. Fred is trying to help you and not profit since he now plugs SD without his referral ID. Rita

I have no idea what you’re talking about, except that you go around changing what other people said when you misquote them, which makes you slightly lower than whale shit. Fred, I don’t care about your referral ID, but there are ways of hiding it, at least on web pages. I did a search on hide referral ID and got several results. Now regarding my problem that we seem to have gotten off topic about, this morning, about 12 hours later I am still having the same problem and have filled about a help form on ebay’s site with the question. We’ll see what they come up with. Kris — http://www.kittycam.net/

Well, it’s auction day for me and I’m getting errors in Turbo Lister when I attempt to open an auction listing. I receive the following message: Runtime Error! Program C:Program FileseBayTurbo Listertl.exe R6025 – pur virtual function call When I click okay on the message, TL shuts down. I restarted my computer with no results and also tried to check for program updates, but the darn program claimed I wasn’t connected to the Internet (I have DSL and would be unable to post this if I wasn’t connected!). Needless to say I’m a bit frustrated because I haven’t listed since last week and need to get back to work. Anyone else having problems w/ TL today? Thanks, Kris — http://www.kittycam.net/
