The "associate" explained that this was a store policy. What the hell kind of policy is that ? I would have expected them to reorder the item. Do other stores operate like this ?
Since they can’t order one lousy piece for your table saw, you should hold them to give you a full refund for the table saw owing to their sloppy shipping and managemnet service for the unneeded delay and incomplete order.
