A few problems for me

Question:

Your mailman comes to the DOOR?

Yep, and the slot is built in to the place.  Around here (Utah) that only happens in neighborhoods established more than 25 years ago.

this place was built in 1936 or something.  California is ancient, what can I say?

Response:

Hi Guys~ Okay ,so now you all know that I haven’t gotten my item, the auction closed July 2, my check was paid by MY bank on July 8TH,I have sent emails and no reply and that she still is having auctions so she is around.

They will not know when it was paid by your bank.  Perhaps they hold checks for two weeks.  I wouldn’t, but most eBayers So let’s give the devil her due, and say I get it shortly. Even though it MIGHT be just as described, (which quite frankly right now I doubt) I have not been a happy camper with this seller. When I get my item, which to me will have been much delayed, what do you feel about me leaving a neutral, saying that there was no communication during the transaction?

I wouldn’t, but maybe they deserve it. Also, don’t you think I should have had feedback from her?

No. Another thing I sent out a few payments with PayPal, and it says transaction completed. Now wouldn’t the people that have been paid tell me they received payment and item is shipped?

You seem to want to waste a great deal of the seller’s time.  Why?    You paid and the seller will obviously ship in the very near future.  Why add another step? These are just some things I would like to have others give me their opinion on. Oh one more thing… I feel that there should be a receipt in the mailing of the item.

Again, why?  Another waste of time.  Frankly, just ask for the annoying time-wasting things and I’m sure most people will comply.  Say, "When I paypal you, even though we both can see the transaction, please e-mail me to confirm this.  This way I’ll know you’re still alive.  Then give me feedback.  Then please write out a receipt so it can look professional" Is that too much for eBay sellers? Maybe it’s just me as , I have been in the antiques business a LONG time FULL time, and am very professional in my transactions.

You call it professional, I call it wasteful and inefficient. What do you guys think?

This is how things should work.  Buyer sends money, seller packs and ships.   Next transaction. Repeat 40 times a day.
