Doesn’t this just make you want to cancel your current PayPal account – just so you can start over and give FINKEL the credit? Kris

I have used a Deja search URL many times in reporting SPAM. I think it adds gravitas to the complait to demonstrate just how much spam is being spewed. <snip

Ya know…. A simple ‘hey cut it out’ would have sufficed… I’m new at this. I’m sorry if I completely RUINED all of your days like you did mine by doing that. I AM new to eBay, and I DID just discover PayPal, and I DON’T wish to lose it over this. I always was told that SPAM was when you sent a bunch of emails to a bunch of people cluttering their mailbox. I did not do that and I never have nor will. You could’ve just TOLD me. Excuse me for living in the dark ages. Once again I apologize if anyone was seriously offended.

Your ISP (most likely) had you automatically subscribed to the "newusers" newsgroup (I don’t remember offhand what it’s called… newsgroup.newusers.info maybe?). Did you READ it? If you truly are new at this, and you truly are not the spammer you seem to be, then go back and read through it. It has nice tips for new people just like you. It will tell you how to not piss off a whole newsgroup.
