Hi I sell lighting and was wondering, is it against the many rules to put "Winner can purchase 3 bulbs for $X.XX.’ I don’t know if that counts as avoiding fees or not?? Thanks If you put it in the listing it does. If you put it in your end of auction e-mail, then you’d be fine.
