says… I sell small sculptures on ebay auctions, I live in the uk , untill now i have been selling only to the UK, i would like to sell to america, a friend tells me I have to charge sales tax? Could some one explain this to me please? Are there any other requirements that i have to fulfill? Any help would be gladly appreciated
I have posted many items to the US from the UK and never had to pay any such sales tax. The bidder may have to pay import tax if the item is worth a lot (I don’t know about the US side of things, but do know UK people should have to pay import tax on anything over
